Message Code 3.” Am I going to have this problem on all rentals or my own DVD movies since I don't have any of them as blue ray?"”

• I have rented Redbox and Netflix and played them on my Blu-ray (same model) and have not had any problems. Hopefully, your issues was due to the individual disk.

• I've played several Redbox rentals on this machine, both dvd and bluray. I had one bad Redbox bluray disk that wouldn't play, but it was a disk issue not a player issue.
