“Wifi on the player all of a sudden just stopped connecting. Phones are connected with no issues but the blu ray player just won't connect for no rhyme or reason. We have unplugged the blu ray, hoping that might help and re-entered password. Help?”

In my case the blue ray machine only took the wi-if option. I went back and forth between the wired and the wi-if connections until it finally took only the wi-fi signal. I have no idea why it wouldn't connect with the wire option. I'm testing it for a while to see how it works over all, but so far I am not too thrilled about this product.
