This kit's programming allows any of the UHD ports to have UHD capability. At the same time. It also supports HDMI 2.a and HDR. The software update 1471 (most current) seems to be working well. Make very sure this kit is compatible with your panel!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It has to have an evolution port which is different htan an hdmi to work correctly. 2014 and newer series 6900 and higher can benefit from evolution kit.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It should. I don't know why you would only have one HDMI that would support 4K but my understanding is that all of these ports will and will also allow you to send an HDR signal as well even though the earlier UHD TVs didn't support it. There is debate about how much "HDR" effect you get. Some say none, some say 30%, some say half but regardless you at least can input the signal. I believe there are 4 ports. I did think it helped the picture quality a good bit on my set and I do like the new OS better than the last. Don't have Netflix freezing up or crashing my tv all the time anymore. I'm no technician and I'm not 100% on this stuff but this is what I remember from researching it. Hope that helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have answered this already you will not get more imports you will get for HDM I inputs and 3.0 USB 2.0 USB composite and component also a fiber optic audio input I should say output.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You will now have four ports. You cannot use the ports on your TV. You have to use the ports on the evolution kit - and there is a adapter that comes with The kit so you can play component and composite devices. So altogether there are five imports on the evolution kit
