A:AnswerThe Linkstick actually only allows the TV to connect to a wireless network and will not add any additional features to the TV. That said, you can use either of these Linksticks and still get the same connectivity to a wireless network. Additionally, I do not have any information on a wireless AC unit at this time.

A:AnswerYes, the WIS12ABGN LinkStick will work with the BD-D5500. The manual notes an earlier version (WIS09ABGN Linkstick) that was released, but the WIS12 model will be compatible for wireless streaming with your wireless access point or router.
