Questionjust bought this for my UN40C6300Hi, I just bought this adapter as you said it worked for my UN40C6300. I got the adapter connected to the internet and I only see a Media Hub Menu showing it detects my laptop but it doesn't show any Samsung Apps like You Tube or Netflix to navigate.... what I am doing wrong? Where can I find the Samsung Internet Hub ? Thank you

- Answer You'll want to connect to your wireless home network (router) so that you can reach the services like Netflix or other Apps. Menu > Setup > Network > Type > (choose) Wireless If you have an SSID (router name), connect to that and enter your password. Thanks for your interest in Samsung products. --Mr.Samsung

- Answer The WIS12ABGNX only allows a connection to the wireless access point (or router). It doesn't add functionality or Apps to models that don't allow App downloads. - Answer The TV will not be Wi-Fi capable. There are several "4500" models of Home Theaters, so without knowing the full model number, we're unable to confirm for sure. - Answer Im pretty sure you have to download the new software from your desktop/laptop from the Samsung website, save it to a USB flash drive, and then plug the flash drive to your TV and it should recognize it and install updated SW.

- Answer Bjorn, The WIS12ABGNX will only work in in the unit it is connected to. You cannot access two devices at the same time from the same LinkStick. If your Samsung television does support the Wireless LinkStick option, you can remove it from the Blu-Ray player, but since the Blu-Ray player is newer, you will likely have more Apps on that model. - Answer JD, While we can't determine which non-US models will support the WIS12ABGNX, previous models of U.S. televisions that used the WIS12ABGNX in place of a previous model usually work just fine. We cannot officially support products on the U.S. site from other regions, so please confirm first with the Samsung customer service center in your region.
