The kit comes with a proprietary speaker wire that have an open wire on one end (hooks to the speaker) and then a special connector on the other end (hooks to the wireless receiver). So you'd have to use this wire but it looks like you could hook up your Bose cube to the open ended wire if you wanted to.

The speakers that comes in the system is only 3ohms each speaker. Check to see if you Bose Cubes are the same. If not then a higher ohm rating will not work well with the amp inside the wireless box.
