“I have a hw-m550 paired with swa-8500s. blue light is on steady. With youtube 5.1 surround test everything works fine. With movies I get no surround sound, what have I got wrong? Thanks”

• Try pairing with a dvd, Netflix or amazon prime instead of with YouTube, not sure why it wouldn’t be working with YouTube and nothing else. Try also turning off your internal speakers on the. TV so it’s only using the external speaker settings
