• My simple answer is that is what they are paid and trained to do. I don't know cost as I do all of my own pc maintenance. If I don't know how to do it I used YouTube.

• This is an easy set up. There is no need to go to Best Buy, you could do it yourself, although I am sure they would do it for you and charge you for it.
