How is this powered?   (10 Answers)

I read through specs and several reviews, but I can't discern how it gets power. Does it have a battery/rechargeable? Does it have to be connected to a power source via usb? I want to know how "portable" it is... thanks!

      Answer

It's rechargeable by plugging into USB Port like on a computer/laptop. Or you can charge it via USB Charger (Wall Outlet). Normally takes 2-hours for a full charge.

Does this item work without wifi being available? I would like to use this flash drive to download pictures as I take them and print pictures at a local festival. Do you think this drive will work in this type of situation?   (5 Answers)

The USB device acts as a small wireless router with a webpage based FTP server. You wouldn't be able to transfer from a DSLR unless the camera supports a way to add it. It may be better, if you are using a SD card to just print from the SD card. But I do not know your specifics.
