Yes, the SanDisk Cruzer 64GB that I have has a small "pin" on the back that will accept a lanyard. It's small -- a little less than 3/8" across -- and shallow (as you might expect from a small form-factor flashdrive), but there is that capability in the unit.

If you can thread a needle that has an eye that turns a right-angle, yes, otherwise, no.

Not as a stadard option, although I guess you could glue, tape, or create another method for attatching a cord if you seriously wanted to install one. Just depends on how bad you want one and how much effort and time you want to spend installing one.
