“Is this dropable, or just slightly more solid than a normal external hard drive?”

• This external hard drive is very small and compact. I purchased a little carrying case for it. However, in regards to it being droppable; it should be able to withstand a small drop.

• I’m certain that it can withstand a drop. Now if it is smashed onto concrete I don’t know but for a regular fall out of your pocket it shouldn’t be a problem.

• I believe so. There’s a rubber guard around the edge and it’s small and light weight. With no spinning parts I wouldn’t worry if I dropped mine
