Yes, this will work. That's what we use this for our Nikon D700. It will hold thousands of pics.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.AliciaC17, if you have the D700, that required a CompactFlash type of memory card, a much larger style than this. When Nikon upgraded to the D750, it changed the card to the SD, SDHC, SDXC type which this card is. SanDisk does make the Extreme 64GB as well as a 32GB in the CompactFlash type of card which you should be able to get or order from Best Buy.
