Hello, please be informed that you can access any of the regular sized SD/ SDHC/ SDXC Memory Cards with this Memory Card Reader including the 16GB Memory Card that you are referring to. In order to connect a microSD/ microSDHC/ microSDXC Memory Card to this Reader, please use a microSD to SD Card Adapter.
