• Check to make sure the tiny lock slider at the top left portion (viewed from the front) of the memory card is not DOWN in the lock position. As long as that is up (unlocked) I have never had an issue. Also, check your connection on the card reader. You may need a new card reader.

• Put the card in your card reader. Should pop up how to read, so read as explorer and screen should pop up. Just drag your pictures from your card to the hard drive

• You can use the Rescue Disk Pro software included with the card. It is in the packaging. Recovers files, and allows you to save them. Then remember to format your card afterwards in your device before shooting any new pics or video. Should solve your problem.
