It will work with he 5C, but you can not store anything from App/iTunes stores on it (apps, music through iTunes).
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have an iphone 5 and it works with that. Stores and opens data as expected in the iPhone and iPad. But it did not run iTunes from the iXpand storage. iXpand app organizes music files it's own way, so you have to organize them again, unless you have enough storage in your iPhone and transfer the music files there. I only have 32GB in my phone and my Itunes size is well over that. Even then, I suspect it will not open into itunes directly, like it does in mac from an external storage device. I haven't tried using apps from this.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If your iPhone 5C has iOS 8.2 or higher you can place music and music videos on the drive too. Not apps though. The music or music videos will be placed to the thumb drive from a Mac or PC (manually copy them from your iTunes folder). Then use the Sandisk iXpand Drive app to play them.
