Q: QuestionI'd like to transfer all video footage from my iPhone 6 Plus onto this flash drive. Then I plan on putting all video footage onto dvds, so I can watch it whenever I'd like. Will i be able to select what content gets transferred to flash drive??
Asked by Chels.
- A:Answer Yes, I just tried this. When you insert the drive into your phone, tap the “Copy Files” option on the middle of your screen. On the next screen, tap “Copy photos from Phone.” The third screen displays all photos and videos on your phone. To select individual photos or videos, tap each thumbnail picture once (or tap “Select All”). After you make your selections, tap the red “Copy to iXpand Drive Button. The “Select Destination” screen lets you choose an existing folder or create a new one on the iXpand drive. After copying, you may then choose to keep or delete your pictures from your phone.

Q: QuestionWill this work on a iphone 11 Pro Max and also on the computer/Laptop connections?
Asked by Kevin.
- A:Answer Yes, and I have the same phone as you. No problems connecting to PC. Just be careful that you select the proper settings when setting up app on your phone. I prefer to move files manually. Occasionally the app has issues recognizing the drive. I do like having the backup though. I got for photography and videos.
