“When I placed the flash drive to my phone it loaded a SanDisk APP What does the APP do? Pictures show on the APP & My Photos If I delete a photo from phone to make space,it seems to delete from the APP ?? Need room in phone - Too many photos”

The App is just a viewer for pics and video. You can delete from it but the storage is all on the usb drive and doesn’t consume phone storage. As far as I can tell.
