Q: QuestionWhy can't transfer 1000 pictures to my iPad Air2I have transferred 1000 pictures (and a few videos) to the SanDisk iXpand 32 GB Flash Drive from PC with no problems. But every time I select all pictures in Sandisk iXpand sync and run it runs forever and never loads more that 50 pictures. I did notice (now) it says make sure the drive is connected and "charged". I never heard of charging a flash drive. How do I do this? How do I know how much of a charge the drive has?

• A:Answer you are trying to transfer to much at one time, this happened to me to. try only 50 or less at a time and it will work alot better. I never heard of charging a flash drive either, but this one you do. You can charge it with your phone cord. To check the charge, on the side of it it has a light on it. A high charge it is green, getting low, yellow, low red. Or you can check it on your device, in the upper left hand corner when you have it open, click the 3 or 4 line thing, and it will open choices to check the levels of everything on it. Hope this helps. If not it does have a web site.

• A:Answer I actually have my wedding video highlights saved on my Sandisk USB 2.O.; It's a quick 5 minute movie that highlights my wedding....As long as you have enough storge space on your Sandisk USB; I dont see a problem with you downloading an entire movie from Itunes.

Q: QuestionSanDisk iXpand for iPad 3 adapter?I have a Sandisk iXpand 32 G Lightning Flash Drive, but still have an iPad 3. I don't really want to upgrade to a newer iPad as mine is working well. There was some customers that mentioned an adapter that they used on their iPad2. I have searched on a few sites for adapters, but most of those adapters that are advertised, mentioned that it is only for charging and not for video or music. I really need to know what brand and where to buy to assure me that it might work. Appreciate the help with this.

• A:Answer The movie file you save on your PC must be compatible format that iPad can read such as an MP4 file. Once the file is on your iXpander. Plug it into your iPad, allow it to sync and it will show you a list of files on your iXpand. Select the video and play. It's that simple.

Q: Question"progress bar" starts with a tiny red mark, maybe grows 1 mm."progress bar" starts with a tiny red mark, maybe grows 1 mm, then stays there the whole time. Can run for an hour or a day and never gets many pictures. BTW, got it to charge (light stayed green when connected to USB), and then ran the software again. This time the light stayed green all the time (charging light) not the "red" progress bar which did the same - started with small 1 or 2 mm and never got more than about 3 mm wide! I think this thing is defective or the sofware app just doe3sn't work right!

• A:Answer Sounds like your USB is probably defective; mine works fine without any issues...Try returning it if possible...if not..then try contacting Sandisk for a replacement. The warranty on the device lasts a year.
