A:Answer I use to have an otter case, but changed to morphie battery backup case.
The scandisk slightly bends where it connects...what is purpose? I don’t know. I think it was to keep phone/scandisk looking sleek?
Anyway, when you plug in phone, it’s a snug fit and the usb portion will press on back of phone. The depth of connection won’t allow you to connect scandisk.
So, 2 issues: 1) won’t connect with case, and 2) only bends enough to connect directly to phone.
You’ll have to remove case every time to reach the connector on phone.
