“i have the iphone 11 max pro, is it compatible? i am having a hard time having my photos and videos transfer from phone to hard drive. and the photos that do get transferre when i plug into my surface laptop the pictures are NOT on the hard drive.”

My 256 only works on my iPhone 5 and 6s, NOT the iPhone 11max. Frustrated, disgusted etc. Reasy to return to the store.

As long as you have the “lightening” type of connection for the phone and the standard USB drive to the computer it will work just fine. I really like it and glad that I found it!
