“i have the iphone 11 max pro, is it compatible? i am having a hard time having my photos and videos transfer from phone to hard drive. and the photos that do get transferre when i plug into my surface laptop the pictures are NOT on the hard drive.”

• My 256 only works on my iPhone 5 and 6s, NOT the iPhone 11max. Frustrated, disgusted etc. Reasy to return to the store.
