Please allow us to inform you that you'll require iXpand Drive application in order to transfer files from an iOS device. However, this drive will work as regular plug and play USB storage device when connected to a computer.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The app is the interface between the phone and the drive. There is no file manager in IOS that enables you to see the drive connected to your phone. The app lets you use the drive with the phone.

Please try again later.Kevin is correct, there is no native support for Apple to see/use external storage devices (Apple design/Decision) your only other option is to connect to a Mac/PC with iTunes installed (FYI your PC acts the same way when you connect your phone directly to the PC and iTunes is the "app" you need to to transfer your files.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.There is no necessity. It is a breach of privacy and a blatant data grab. My Sandisk is brand new and sitting in my junk drawer because of this. My photos and files are so hum-drum, but I just do not like the invasion of privacy.
