• Nope, it's just an empty hard drive. You must purchase Windows 10 separately. Or... using software like Acronis, you can clone your old drive to the new one.

• No it' doesn't have any os on it. But it's ready to use, plug into your laptop and you can install any os

• No. The SSD does not come with Windows 10. That said, I am running Windows 10 on it Windows 10 on it.
