• This drive can be installed in a Mac mini, but does not include any software. There are plenty of apps available to do the cloning though.

• Probably late. But this is an internal hard drive that users Sata.

• A quick google search answered your first quesiton, yes it will. Look up a tutorial on how to replace the drive with this one. As for the software, I highly recommend the free program MACRIUM REFLECT, makes cloning drives a breeze.

• Yes. no. make a time machine backup and restore from that to the new SSD

• I'm not sure if this will work with a mac but it doesn't come with cloning software. I had to find cloning software online.
