• yes, the current drive in there should be a 500GB 7200RPM Drive. This will work. Just make sure you have all the files necessary to reinstall windows / drivers.

• As long as your laptop has a SATA connection this will fit just as any small HDD would.

• Yes. It'll work fine as long as the SSD form factor is 2.5" to fit in machine. If you decide to go m.2 you will need a cradle adapter.
