it’s formatted to work with Mac out of the box it needs to be formatted for PC, they have directions on there websites on how to format for PC

Please try again later.It comes formatted for Mac but you could either create 2 partitions, one Mac one Windows OR you could create a single exFat partition which Windows, Mac & Linux. One word of warning with exFat (and this may have been fixed by now) but frequently switching between Windows and Mac can sometimes cause file corruption. Again this may have been resolved long ago but better safe than sorry and in this case that would mean separate partitions for each OS would be best but exFat is more convenient... Usually
