“Is this drive Sata I, II or III?”

• It is SATA III and I have it installed on a 6 year old Toshiba laptop with SATA I. Works great!

• I think all sata solid state are sata 3 backwards compatible..

• It can use any but it would be best to get sata 3 to maximize speed
