If you buy an external reader for the SSD then sure, but the SSD is meant for desktop computers which requires it to be plugged into the motherboard

You'll want to make sure the MB has a 2.5" SATA drive. When first installing you'll have to run the disk utility to format for Mac. Instructions for that can be easily found online.
