• This USB drive will work. It says that it'll support 128GB and up. It just has to be USB 3.0

• I bought a 128 GB flash drive and it shows 114 GB as available space. I assume 14 GB is for internal flash drive purposes. Hope this helps.

• I'm not exactly sure but if the Xbox One has a USB interface, and it's "program save" software let's you select the save destination, then I'd say sure, why not?
