• I presume your frame would have to have a type C input. If it has a micro USB or USB input, then you MIGHT be able to get an adapter type C to USB or micro USB depending on which input it needs/has. Now, I am not the most tech savvy person so my suggestion is just a guess.

• I don't know have not used it yet, on the package it tells you to download an app, go download handshake from the play store and it will lead you to the rest. What do you mean photo frame. Sorry hope this helps
