• All of the SanDisk offerings are DRAM-less, if you're looking for ones with DRAM, I'd recommend (at this price point) a Samsung 870 EVO

• 5-year warranty, so no worries. SanDisk stated that all their current sold products that had 3-year warranty, were upgraded to a 5-year warranty.
