• Hi, please be informed that all the USB Drives of 64GB capacity and above are pre-formatted in the exFAT File System. However, the USB Drives can be manually formatted in the FAT32 File System using some 3rd party software. If you wish to format this USB Drive in the FAT32 File System, it would be best to contact the manufacturer of your computer.

• Yes, it comes formatted in FAT 32 File System. But you can re-format it to NFTS. I did it and now it can hold great capacity files.
