If your Computer is equipped to be wireless then it will be. This flash drive has nothing at all to do with that.

If you are looking to connect your Dell Desktop to the internet through your USB port, I will attach links to some products that will help. These USB adapters will allow you to connect to your home's wireless router. If your cell phone has mobile hotspot you will be able to connect to that also. I own the Netgear AC600 and use it to connect client's desktops when needed as I do services on them. Good price and easy to use!
