• It might not enter in the slot with your Otter case. Generally Otter cases are thick. I have a slim case for my S6 but had to remove the case to put in without risking phone and USB device.

• Yes, it will work, as long as S7 is android OS and has micro usb input. Your phone will see this device as an external drive in you phone file manager. Download file manager from Play Store if your phone doesn’t have it

• My Samsung S6 Edge recognizes both the 64GB and 128GB versions with no data loss. If my S6 recognizes the drive, I would think your S7 would also,
