• I have a Pixel 5a and the USB C connects and immediately is read by the phone and can transfer anything to of from the flash drive. The USB A connects to any computer USB A port. Should not be a problem.

• I use it to move photos between my laptop (usb a) and my galaxy s20 (usb c) so I believe it should work with the s10.
