  • QuestionDoes this drive save the date and time stamp of the original photos?

    Asked by GRANDMA.

    • Answer Hi, thank you for reaching out to us. When you transfer photos using the SanDisk Ultra Dual Drive Luxe, the original date and time metadata of your photos is generally preserved, as long as the transfer method or app you use doesn’t alter it. To ensure this, it’s best to copy the files manually (rather than using certain photo management apps that may change file details).

  • QuestionIs SanDisk compatible with ipod touch 7th generation

    Asked by Iu765.

    • Answer Hi, thank you for contacting us. Please be informed that the SanDisk Ultra Dual Drive Luxe is designed for USB Type-C/Type-A devices and is not officially supported for use with Lightning-only devices like the iPod Touch 7th generation. SanDisk does not recommend using USB-C to Lightning adapters, as compatibility is not guaranteed. We recommend a couple of drives that are specifically designed with a Lightning connector for iOS devices, the SanDisk iXpand Flash Drive Go or the iXpand Flash Drive Luxe.
