The drive should work with any SATA-compliant computer. One method is to use Crucial's download tool... if it works with one of their SSDs, it's bound to work with this one!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, if it has a 2.5" or a 3.5" this is the drive for you. 3.5" desktops may require a mounting bracket to be used with this hard drive as it only can be mounted in 2.5" bays.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It should work as long as you recently had a Solid State Drive in that computer. However, just to be on the safe side, please check with the manufacture just to be sure.

But I"m not familiar with your MSI laptop. I do know that MSI is not the easiest to upgrade and you might check to make sure your not voiding out your warranty if you do. Go to YouTube and do a search on your laptop and HDD replacement. I have no doubt someone has posted a video on the subject. If you went ahead and ordered it, you'll probably be fine. If you haven't purchased the USB to SATA interface so you can mirror your existing HDD I'd recommend you do. They are usually under $30 and your laptop won't even know it has a new SSD installed. IT will act just like your old laptop only faster.
