Installed to replace HD. No problems installing SSD. Loaded OS from scratch. Booted up and upgraded ok. Have loaded programs and run video with no problems so far

I have this in my system for Photoshop and Lightroom. This SSD is very fast. While it's not as fast as some of the more expensive SSD's, it does an amazing job for the price. If you want to step up from a 5400rpm HDD or a 7200rpm HDD, this SSD is a great choice for those on a budget.

I was really excited about getting this SSD. However, I had trouble with the first two SSDs I bought (both were defective). The third is now in my laptop and I could not be more pleased with it. Excellent product. Very easy to install in the Lenovo Y700 (AMD Version I recently purchased). Windows 10 is already a fast os but this SSD makes it killer fast! Simply put the boot time is cut more than in half and file transfers are astonishing. The SSD keeps the heat of my laptop low and it makes the battery life better, not by much but it is noticeable. Excellent product!!!!

I had no idea how much an SSD could make. I had been extremely disappointed in the performance of my Laptop. With an i7 chip and 8 gigs of memory I expected better, My boot time was insufferable. Then, the standard drive died and I went with this Sandisk Ulta II drive. I literally went from a 5 minute boot to barely 15 seconds. Seriously. The drive just screams. I couldn't be happier with this purchase.

I replaced the stock hard drive in my laptop with this SSD and it was a definite improvement. Easy to install. I upgraded the OS to Windows 10 and it loads up in less than 10 sec. I no longer hear the hard drive spinning while the computer is on. Read and write speed is much quicker than before.

Installed cleanly in my desktop PC with some free clone software from another source. So far it's fast and reliable, but I've only had it in use for a couple weeks. Boot speeds are greatly reduced.

Recently had the urge to upgrade my pc again and felt that it was time to make the jump to an SSD. I purchased this specific on due to the high capacity and great price/gb. Installation was extremely easy (pretty much plug and play) and after cloning my old hdd I have seen a huge boost to b performance. Boot times have decreased from ~1.5 minutes to less than 30 seconds for full boot. Games like xcom which took a few minutes to load not take less than 30 seconds to get to main screen. Clearly exceeded my expectations and I would definitely buy more for my other computers in the house.

I replaced my HDD with this, and in addition to adding storage, it noticeably sped up my computer. Where it used to take around 60 seconds to boot, the whole process now takes no more than 12 seconds. The 960GB fit my size needs and provides the best value of the whole line. I liked it so much that I went back and bought a second one for my desktop. Although a conventional Hard Drive will be cheaper, I recommend getting one of these for its night and day effect on your computer.

My computer boots in 7 seconds or less, plenty of storage. This was simple to install but lacked the 2.5 to 3.5 drive bay and the one at Best Buy was over priced.

Hey, everyone. I bought this SSD to use as a "Games Drive," storing NOTHING but my games on it. Gone are the days of having little to no space left on my main SSD, which has my OS on it, as well as having to run games off of an HDD and dealing with long load times. Now I have all the space I could ever need, and don't have to wait for things to load either! There's really not much to be said about this drive other than that I love it. It performs amazingly, being fast and seemingly reliable as well. It installed easily into my case and connected, formatted and works just fine. I now have all of my games on it and they run as fast as can be. If you're looking for an SSD with quite a bit of space to it, but that doesn't break the bank, then I definitely recommend adding this drive to the list of considerations, because it's worth it!

I bought this to put in my MacBook Pro (non-retina) and I'm very happy with it. It transfers data very quickly, it's light, and it's silent, just as it's supposed to be. My MacBook boots from off to fully useable in about 12 seconds. I got this at a great price, but regardless of the price, I still recommend this!

I had no idea that my video editing projects would actually become smoother and without any dropped frames simply by using a solid state drive. I knew they were faster, quieter, and more reliable, but it just blew me away that my ancient laptop would actually be improved in speed and I was using this drive as an external one instead of installing it inside the laptop. I will always run solid state or better if possible.

I just recently purchased this Solid State Drive and was very impressed at how much faster my desktop runs. It is more quieter and start-up times take approximately 7 seconds for computer to fully load everything. The other thing I was happy with, was the price I paid for this drive. At $224.99, it was an amazing deal for almost 1 TB hard drive in this capacity. SanDisk has been the leader in Solid State Drives and this one is no exception. Thank you SanDisk for introducing a reliable and super-fast product!

This is a good SSD, especially for the money. It's a good size drive and decent performance. I put this in my Lenovo Yoga 14, boot takes just seconds and programs load almost instantly. There are better drives out there but for the price it's hard to beat.

Recently upgraded my laptop with this SSD hard drive and the performance is outstanding and the price didn't break the bank. The machine boots up almost instantly. Only been in use about a month now but seems to be working great so far.

I purchased these SSDs for my desktop computers. I had an older i5 with 8 Gigs of RAM, where the hard drive was failing. This drive gave new life to the computer. I did a clean install of windows 7 and the computer boots quickly, primarily due to the drive. The price of SSDs is falling - I don't know if I would buy another mechanical device other than for backup or media.

I originally planned on buying a different brand when considering a new SSD drive for my Macbook Pro. After more research, I wound up purchasing this one, and have been very pleased. It is extremely fast and reliable, and as you'd expect from an SSD; quiet. I'd definitely recommend this if you're in the market for a high-capacity SSD.

Easy to format and install in my mid 2012 MacBook Pro. Really helped to improve start up times of the Mac and various programs. My biggest hope was to improve Photoshop and Lightroom performance. Photoshop used to take forever to load and now it is amazingly quick. Also helped with the performance while editing photos using NIK Filters. Wish I would have done it sooner.
