According to specs, your laptop only supports a 1.8" sata drive, its an uncommon size. Standard laptops use 2.5" drives. Its not going to work for your machine.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It fit in my ten year old Lenovo T500 which came stock with a Seagate spinning drive. It is very thin and came with an adapter which was necessary in the old T500. I also put one in a new Lenovo Flex 5. The adapter was not necessary in the new computer. What you need to check is the interface. The Ultra II is a SATA III drive. If your HP uses a SATA disk interface then the SanDisk will work. The two most common disk interfaces are PCIe and SATA. The Flex 5 has one of each. The primary drive is PCIe while the secondary drive is SATA. If you buy it from Best Buy and it doesn't fit, they will let you exchange or return it. Their Geek Squad can transfer all the data from your old drive to the new drive. They are the experts so if you have further questions I'd contact them.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It should work fine, standard HD footprint as a Notebook spinning disk HD. You may not get the maximum speed benefits if your laptop isn't a Sata 3 connection. Jacks are the same, but Sata 3 has a faster transfer rate.
