“will this read a SanDisk SDSM-64 card? on the front of the card it says: SDSM-64, S 2488061, 119498, Taiwan. i am having a hard time finding a reader for this size card and i have several cards.”

No, the SanDisk® Extreme PRR UHS- II reader does not support SmartMedia Card. Please allow us to inform you that we no longer manufacture SDSM card or reader since, they are EOL (End of Life).
