A:AnswerNot really. If you check the dimensions of the 161's they won't fit without hanging over quite a bit. The 161's do however come with wall mounts included.
A:AnswerI don't know specifically about the Bose speakers, but the stands do come with two different "platforms" at the top -- you install one or the other. One of them is quite small, and it's the one I use.

Our speaker stands are meant to be universal. If the hole pattern on the speaker doesn't line up, we provide neoprene pads to make sure they adhere the speaker to the stand. Our awesome Customer Care team would be able to walk you through this process if you give them a ring @ 800-359-5520.
