Hello, To raise or lower the TV, you’ll first need to remove it from the mount and then take out the screw that secures the hanging tab. Once that screw is removed, you can reposition the tab to adjust the height. This process is demonstrated in the install video on the product listing. After the TV is mounted, you should be able to extend, tilt, and swivel the mount by hand without any additional tools.
