QuestionThis brand unlike my others is shifting and my Samsung is not staying affixed close to the wall. How to tighten is as it’s 2 years old. I’m very upset as it has a mind of its own and didn’t when needed. All we did was leave it on the wall in 1 position

- Answer Yes when you put the TV onto the mount it can be moved some. The arm can also be moved in and out which helps to make it appear to be centered on the wall.

QuestionCan I use this mount for my outdoor TV on my covered deck. While it will not be exposed directly to rain or snow it will have to deal with high humidity.

QuestionI am returning a Sanus fixed mount because there are NO screw that came with it to fit my Sony Bravia that I just purchased. Does this unit have the correct screws? it is a 7 and 7/8 by 7 and 7/8 pattern. The m6 screws are larger than the screws in the tv

- Answer It's not recommended to mount this mount to meatal studs. Full motion mounts are not recommend for metal stud install, the twisting and turning can warp the studs. I'd recommend a tilt or low profile for metal stud install. You will also need metal stud anchors to successfully mount to metal studs. Thanks, - Haydn @ SANUS

- Answer If you are installing into a stud behind the 3/4" sheetrock then yes it will work. We do not recommend installing into only sheetrock it will not be able to support the weight of the mount and TV. Thanks, - Haydn @ SANUS

- Answer Yes, works with 100mm to 400mm VESA mount. Turn your tv around, you should see 4 screws in the shape of a square

QuestionWe want to hang a tv in the corner but the studs will not be centered. Can we have an off center mount? Would there be any issues?

- Answer There shouldn't be that much of an issue. The TV obviously has to fit in that corner. Other than that, ensure using a studfinder that your bolts are definitely going in the stud.

QuestionHow do you remove the tv from the mount

- Answer Safety strap on the back of the tv side of the mount. Pulling it will release the tv from its mount. 2 persons must be there when this happens to safely rermove the tv.
