QuestionIs this compatible with a Furrion model outdoor television?

- Answer Hey Chuck, If your TV is under 55lbs and has a compatible VESA pattern with this mount then it should work. This mount can support VESA patterns from 100x100mm - 400x400mm. Also would like to mention we don't recommend using this mount outside as it's not rated for outdoor use. Thanks, - Haydn @ SANUS

QuestionHow do I disconnect the TV from the mount

- Answer 1. Disconnect all cables from the TV. 2. Remove securement screw . 3. Pull down on the release cord to release the TV. 4. Carefully lift the TV from arm assembly. Thanks, - Haydn @ SANUS

QuestionI am mounting this in a RV and want to lock the position of the tv...including locking the position of the swing arm. How do I lock the swing arm?

- Answer swing arm does not lock into place. May have to devise a fastening clip or something to lock into place otherwise.

QuestionThere is only one way for the mount to go into the TV so you can't get it wrong - however, the TV is not straight and it keeps swiveling and won't stay against the wall. how do you adjust it

QuestionHi, I plan on mounting a 55" Samsung or LG. You (Sanus) have a couple of different models of swivel mounts. I am interested in knowing which model gets most flush to the wall?

- Answer Hey Rick, This mount when retracted will be 2.46" off of the wall. Our BLF213 model will sit 1.86" off the wall once retracted and our BLF328 mount will sit 2.15" when retracted. I hope this helps. Thanks, - Haydn @ SANUS

Questionover a mantle install - what happens if the one stud placed is not in the center of the fireplace. Is there an adjustment techs can make to allow TV to be CENTERED ON MIDDLE OF FIREPLACE?

- Answer I installed mine a bit off center and simply pull it away from the wall a bit and move it to the center. You need to make sure the mount is one you can pull away from the wall.
