A:AnswerYou mount the bracket with the arms to the wall. Fasten the other square plate to the TV.
After both the bracket to the wall and plate to TV are finished, raise the TV to the bracket on the wall.
The TV basically rests on the bracket, then you tighten one screw to keep the bracket to TV stable and fixed.
A:AnswerHi there,
Yes this mount should be compatible with your specific TV. This mount can support your TV's 300x300mm VESA pattern and your TV is under the mounts 125lbs weight limit.

A:AnswerDepends on how your house was built. You will need a stud finder to determine 16 inch or 24 inch centers and that will determine how close you want to put your mount. The biggest thing is take measurements of the height and length of your tv. Make a drawing of the area you want to place the tv along with the mount which will help you visualize its placement. Always measure twice to be sure. My two cents.
A:AnswerHey Jay,
Thanks for the question. As long as it is under the mounts 125lbs weight limit and has a VESA pattern anywhere from 200x200mm-600x400mm it should work.
Thanks,

A:AnswerHi,
This mount doesn't have a post-install height adjustment. If you'd like to move your TV up higher you will most likely have to remount the mount to the desired height.

A:AnswerHey Carrie,
This mount should be compatible with your specific TV! It will support your TVs 300x300mm VESA pattern and your TV is under the mounts 125 lbs weight limit. It can be mounted on the lower half of your TV. We do have an adapter bracket that would help center your TV if you'd like. If you'd like us to send you that out give our customer support team a shout and ask for the PIABM bracket. You can reach us at [email protected] or at 1-800-359-5520.
Thanks,

A:AnswerI'm not completely sure what pice you are talking about but if your at all worried I'd take it back in and have them confirm or replace the pice you are concerned with. You may also consider watching an installment video on YouTube to see if it seems like a must have component... good luck!
A:AnswerHi Neil,
Do you know the model number for your TV? That would help us know for sure if your TV is compatible. However it should work with your LG as long as it has a compatible VESA pattern (works with 200x200mm - 600x400mm) and is under the mounts 125 lbs weight limit. This mount doesn't have post-install vertical adjustments, it has lateral shift, level adjustment and tilt adjustment.
Thanks,

A:AnswerI’m using it for a 70” Samsung, and it holds this TV without any issue at all. As long as you mount it to studs in your wall, it should hold a 85” TV with no problem.
A:AnswerNo not at all. We’ve pulled the tv mount a couple inches out. The wall mount is bolt and screwed on a wood. The installation crews finds a wood to mount the wall mount tv.
A:AnswerHey Kdon,
I cannot see the diagram (pretty sure they get taken out on here), so I am not completely sure I understand your question. Please give our customer support team a shout at [email protected] or at 1-888-333-9952, we'd be happy to look more in-depth into your question and try to get an answer for ya.
