• You should be OK. My speaker is about 17 lbs and the shelf is holding up great.

• If you catch a stud, it should hold it fine. The glass is pretty thick. I put a ps4, Xbox, & cable box on one and it is over that weight. No issues.

• Great product love it. Do not exceed the maximum weight limit specified by the manufacturer which is also noted on the glass shelf with a orange sticker.
