QuestionDoes the cover slide off on this white model? I got the black one & I was able to coil the cable up neatly in that space. I bought the white one a day later & I can't get the cover to slide. Did product change or is it a color difference? I'm disappointed

- Answer Not easy. I had to pry the cover open, cut out some plastic ribs in order to have the clearance to wind the cable under the cover. In my case you can not tell the cover was modified.

QuestionCan other brands of soundbars fit or be used on the Sanus outlet shelf?

- Answer I do t find that speaker to vibrate, but a Sonos one seems like it would be too heavy for this. It’s not flimsy, but those speakers are solid. I’d put an echo show or something like that on it.

QuestionThank you for the helpful answer. I can easily fit the cable inside the stand but i can't snap the cover back together because the cable needs to come back out. cutting out those edges appears to be a lot more difficult and i risk cracking it entirely..

- Answer I found it rather dificult to get a 6ft cable to fit. I intend on getting a smaller 1ft cable to make it a little cleaner than it currently is. I had to really coil it up tight.

- Answer It's a type of outlet cover, no wiring, just remove old plate cover and screw on this one. Easy.
