- Answer Mounting hardware was included, but the four M4(?) bolts with it were a little too short by about 3/16 to 1/4 inch so I had to go to Lowes to buy new ones. My TV is a new Samsung 40 inch 4K HD. Other than that, the mount went together fine.

QuestionDoes the stud for the mount have to be in the exact center of where the TV will go? Can the TV be adjusted to fit the middle of the opening if the stud is not in the exact center?

- Answer No the stud does not have to be in the center of the tv. With the stud being off centre though, you will poss. loose some of the motion. What i did was i put a 5/4 x 8 inch board across 3 or 4 studs so i could move the mount closer to the centre of the tv.

QuestionWhy can't you use this for a TV larger than 50 inches? Even most 65 inch TV's are within its weight range. I would assume the mount don't care how big the tv is only how much it weighs.

- Answer Good Day, No anchors come with this mount, anchors are used to mount this into drywall only. Please verify with us that Geek Squad placed this into a wood stud, you should be using lag bolts into a wood stud. QuestionWill this work with the Sony 40W650D? The mounting holes on the TV are very close the the hdmi cable outlet... I already wasted $100 on a rocketfish that won't work.

- Answer This will work. There is a piece within the packing that enables you to expand the brackets a couple inches. If the port is in the way, you can use the expander for more room.

QuestionWill this fit the 43" Sony XBR43X800D TV with 100 x 200 mm wall mounting pattern? The mountfinder tool on the Sansus website does NOT suggest this model (it suggests the MF215 which only extends 15"). Can you confirm this will work?

QuestionMy tv hangs slightly back at the top. Is there a way to tilt the Tv forward more or adjust the tilt from top to bottom, not just left to right? Looking at it from the side... the top is slightly closer to the wall than the bottom...

QuestionI installed the entire mount on the wall. Now I am trying to affix the tv but cannot get the screws aligned. Does the mount come apart so the part that goes on the tv can be put on, then put together on the mount? If so, how?

- Answer Good Day, Yes! This will work perfectly if the one stud is right in the corner, you will get a perfect 45 degree angle in the corner, and then some.
