mounting hardware included? null

Mounting hardware was included, but the four M4(?) bolts with it were a little too short by about 3/16 to 1/4 inch so I had to go to Lowes to buy new ones. My TV is a new Samsung 40 inch 4K HD. Other than that, the mount went together fine.

Yes, everything is included for wood and concrete instalation
