“We have installed this but it doesn't seem to tilt. Says that it is tiltable”

Be sure that everything is installed properly! This unit does tilt! See my picture! If you have it installed properly and it is not tilting, you should return it for another unit. It absolutely tilts!!! Mine would tilt all the way around, although the ceiling is in the way!
