Yes it will work for your make and model. The mount itself has all the hardware needed for wood studs and masonry walls but doesn’t have anchors for metal studs. 4 holes will work. You will use the plastic anchor sleeves and the lag bolts. 3/16” hole drilled into the granite and the 1/2” lag bolts will go into those
